Denise Lavers
Denise joined the team as Operational Lead in May 2024
Originally from a corporate background working in Software Development, Project and People management – Denise gained experience managing worldwide teams and multiple projects.
A couple of years ago she decided to leave the corporate world to seek a new challenge within the Charity Sector. She joined a charity that supported the VCSE sector in Hampshire. She loved learning about and working with the inspirational people and amazing organisations delivering services across the region.
Denise is a passionate advocate for diversity and well-being in the workplace serving as a Mental Health first aider and Autism ambassador.
In her spare time Denise enjoys running. A few years ago she completed Couch to 5K...and has continued running trying to get a couple of 5K runs in each week.
